To strengthen this transparency and establish a reliable basis for operational and commercial decision-making, Challenge Handling selected Visality to develop and implement a service-, site- and customer-specific activity-based costing and contribution margin model.

Drawing on its expertise in aviation operations and process costing, Visality developed a tailored solution that accurately reflects our operational processes and cost structures. Visality supported us in structuring our service portfolio, identifying activities and resource drivers, and developing a transparent, cause-based allocation of costs and contribution margins. The methodology was successfully translated into a practical and user-friendly management tool that will be embedded in our day-to-day operations.
